Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
A flat 100 EGP on every order, anywhere in Egypt.
How long until my order arrives?
We prepare and dispatch every piece within 3 business days. Counting from the day you order, delivery takes up to 7 business days in Cairo & Giza and up to 9 business days elsewhere in Egypt.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We're launching in Egypt first, with plans to expand.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), digital wallets, and cash on delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that your piece is already being prepared for dispatch and we can't make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return an unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be in original condition with all tags, the dust bag, and packaging. Because natural leather marks easily, an item that has been worn or carried can't be returned. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, you're covered for 30 days — see our Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, you cover return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover it both ways.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@kanzleather.com within 14 days with your order number and a note on what you'd like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Product & Care
Will the leather change over time?
Yes, and that's the point. Our leather is natural and minimally treated. With wear it softens, deepens in color, and develops a patina unique to you.
How do I care for my piece?
See our Care Guide. In short: keep it dry, condition it occasionally, and let it live with you.
Why does my order take a few days before it ships?
Every piece is prepared by hand before it leaves us. Once you order, your bag is inspected for the small marks and irregularities natural leather can carry, cleaned and conditioned, checked over its hardware and edges, then packed by hand with its tags and dust bag. This is why orders dispatch within 3 business days rather than the same day — a piece only ships once we're satisfied it's right.
Our leather is worked and carved by hand in our Cairo atelier, so no two pieces are identical. Quantities are limited, and popular pieces can sell out.
