Description
A small crossbody for the essentials — phone, cards, keys — carried close to the body through the day. The grained body curves into a smooth front flap, where a pomegranate is carved into the leather by hand, raised in low relief rather than printed or pressed. Polished silver hardware and an adjustable, detachable strap take it from the shoulder to across the body in a moment.
The body is sealed sheep leather, supple to the touch and quietly resistant to everyday marks. The flap and trims are buffalo leather, tooled while raw and lightly sealed, so the carving holds its depth as the surface settles with wear. Handcrafted in Cairo.

Care
Cared for simply, this piece will only grow more beautiful with time. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth to lift everyday dust, and keep it away from direct sunlight and heat, which draw the natural oils from the leather. Should it meet the rain, blot the moisture — never rub — and let it air-dry, well away from any heat.
Every month or so, work a small amount of neutral leather conditioner into the grain to keep it supple. At rest, store the piece in its dust bag, loosely filled with acid-free tissue to hold its shape; never seal leather in plastic, as it must be allowed to breathe.
With wear, the leather will soften and gain character — deepening gently in tone over time. This is not damage, but patina: the quiet record of a piece well lived with.
