Refund policy

At Kanz Cairo, every piece is handcrafted from natural leather. We want you to be sure of your purchase, and we follow Egyptian consumer protection law in full. We deliver across Egypt.

Receiving your order
Payment is collected by the courier on delivery, before the parcel is opened. Once the order is yours, you're welcome to open it and examine your piece at home. Looking at and handling your bag to decide is not considered use — only wearing or carrying it is.

14-day returns (no reason required)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for any reason. To be accepted, the item must be unused and in original condition — no signs of wear, marks, or scratches, no scent — with all tags, the dust bag, and original packaging included.

Because our pieces are natural leather, which marks and shows handling quickly, an item that has been used, worn, or carried cannot be returned as a no-reason return.

30-day guarantee (defective or incorrect items)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at hello@kanzleather.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and arrange collection.

Return shipping

Defective or incorrect items: we cover all shipping, both ways.
No-reason returns: you arrange and pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked courier — we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

How to start a return
Email hello@kanzleather.com within your return window with your order number. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

If a return doesn't qualify
We inspect every returned item. If a piece shows signs of use, wear, or damage and does not meet the condition above, we cannot accept it. We'll contact you and return the item to you; return delivery in that case is at your cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or Instapay to an account you provide.
